Terms and Conditions

• Our service is subject to climatic conditions and/or mandates of the maritime authorities of the moment.
• Cancellations of the service must be requested 7 days or more in advance of the day of the trip, recovering 100% refund. (outside that time range no refunds apply).
• All children over 3 years old pay a fee and must be accompanied by an adult
• If the passenger is not on time at the time of pick-up, it will be taken as a NO show and they will lose their reservation.
• We reserve the right of admission to people who violate the normal development / operation and safety of the trip.
